Hi All
Just wondering if anyone knows about display issues with the 22 button display phones. I am about to send back my 8th phone with a display problem in the past month.. they seem to be falling fast and furious.

There was a manufacturer defect on some of the Aspire phones that can be exchanged though your dealer. I have replaced hundreds.

I know there was a problem with display phones with the DSX. They changed manufacturers over this. I have replaced hundreds of those as well.

To NEC's credit, the process to get them replaced is rather simple (if backlogged a bit)

Amen to that! I have replaced doznes of these phones in the past couple of years. They seem to fail in groups......I can go for months with no issue, then all of a sudden a customer will call and tell me they have a half dozen phones with bad displays...... I agree, NEC has been good about the replacement program.

I do think it would be easier to just supply the repalcement displays and let us swap them out in the field - but I guess they don't want to do that.....

NEC does supply the displays at no cost for the dterm 80 phones, the minimum they will send out is 60
