A customer is complaining that when they exit their mailbox by pressing *, the system prompt them with "Hello, please enter the extension number of the person you are trying to reach...".
However if you dial an extension, it takes you directly to the mailbox greeting instead of transferring to that extension as if the mailbox is set to 'direct'.
Can this be changed?
