I'm trying to find the best business management software for a telecommunications company. We currently are using Microsoft products to do our work orders and scheduling, but are finding many inefficiencies, revenue left on the table, and items or labor not being billed. I'm looking for an all in one type of system that will link my CRM and marketing, quotes, service and work orders, invoicing, inventory, scheduling, etc. All the kind of things that telecommunication companies do. I'm specfically looking for people who have a software that they are using and love it!
I'm currently looking into products like Tigerpaw, Autotask, Connectwise, and a few other lower budget products.
Any feedback good or bad about the software you guys are using would be beneficial!!

I use Quickbooks Pro. Great for invoices, estimates, billing, banking and a bunch of other cool features that I don't use. It also gives great customer detail such as open invoices, past due amounts and account history.
We use Commit CRM it works great and it is much cheaper than Tiger Paw (which is a very good product)and Committ does everthing we need.
Quicks Books integration, Outlook intergration, web access for techs and clients, very good tech support, dispatch, scheduling, asset tracking, projects etc.
I have heard good things via friends and acquaintances.
