Has anyone integrated the Vodavi STS and an external voice mail. We're trying to integrate verbatim to 2 slt ports 148, 149 and having problems. Thanks.

No, but its just an in-band integration. What kind of problems?

It looks like the problem may be on the voice mail side. Is there any difference in using the built in slt ports or the 4 port analog card?

No difference in the SLT ports except that the 4-port card can provide caller ID to the station where the "on-board" ones are standard SLT ports.
The STS integrates VERY well with a variety of voice mail systems, so I tend to believe that it's possible to support the Verbatim.
Let us know the actual problem(s) you are having and we can give your more definitive answers.
