I have installed a 4 port Digital Dispatch on a Mach Infinite. Everything is fine, except the customer complains that the light for VM is on and there are no messages in VM. Whenever we go to check, we can not duplicate the problem. If you leave a messge in the MB in question, the light will go out after you have deleted the message. Any suggestions to check.
