I have a site where the iES32 shuts down after 10 minutes of running the orange led illuminates and you have to power off and back to get it going again. It's 10 minutes to the second you could set your watch by it. smile

I have taken the iES and CIX670 off the customers network and plugged them into a switch to isolate the customers network as causing the problem but it is still doing the same.

i am waiting for some VPN details so I can take a look remotely but thought one of the guys on here might have come across this before and point me in the right direction first.

Came across one where the schedule for the OSShutdown was corrupted and it shutdown randomly after a few days of rebooting. I had to delete the contents of the Persistence folder, update to SESRestart and then put a new schedule in. It worked fine after that.

My guess would be it is overheating.

If you watch the trace it will give you the temp.

All of my old ies32's have a PC case fan cut into the cover of the pbx. not a hack job, they look nice.

Keeps the voice mail cards running cool.
