I'm not too sure how to approach this problem:

Customer has a DK424 and RCOS1. They currently have 8COs. The stations phones support only 8 lines. They have 5 remote locations which they have asked the local phone company to provide what they call "aux ring circuits" back to the customer's office. The phones at the remote locations can not dial. Once the handset is picked it should ring a line on the other end. The phone company only brings the circuit to the demarc. How can I integrate these lines into the system when the station phones only support 8 lines (all lines taken). Do I add another RCOS card and program it to ring 1 of 8 lines to coexist with other COs?

I would guess that's how it would operate.

I do not know for sure, but from the way you described the line... it rings down to the office location, where you would extend it to a CO position (9-16) on the system. You might put a PhDN that they (CO 9-16) will ring to, when the far end goes off-hook.

Yes ,its called Rind down circuite(lines). You would need a phisical button for that line. Onece that button pressed it would ring at the remote location. Would it be dedicated line button or PDN, PhDN at the remote side it is up to you.

The phones need to ring at the office location. Where would be the best place to purchase the RCOU and RCOS cards. I will also need support in installation and programming of the system.

Did you ever get the ring-down ckt and or the cards installed and programmed?
