I have 3 - IES 32 in-skin voice mail’s that have bad hard drives. I use to be a dealer but since have dropped the dealer ship. I need to see if anyone knows where to either sell or get replacement hard drives for them?

As far as I know, you can't just replace the hard drive without Toshiba being involved. When they replace it they flash it to the circuit board.

Smoke Break Toshiba is aware of this problem and If you get in touch with them and give them a serial number they will replace it and you charge the customer t and m for rebuilding it. So you might want to take notes of the setup and autos notify etc Hope this Helps!

We changed 6 hard drives last month under the new program Toshiba has; however they were all working and just required a backup, change drive, and restore. If your drive is bad and won't work Toshiba will fix them free if still under the 2 year warranty; however I'm not sure if they will do anything for you since you are no longer a Toshiba dealer. There are some companies in the "Telcom Gear" who may be able to help you. If you wish to sell them PM me and we will talk.
