We have a DK40isystem, with 6 DKT2510 stations. Each phone has an LCD showing the extension number and the name of the person at that extension.
We wish to alter some of the names and the extension number shown on one of the phones - it's showing 741 for some reason, though it's Extension 10 (!).
We don't have software to alter the set-up.
How do we do this through the phone system ?

Speaker #621 gets you into the display program mode.
# switches between numbers and text mode. When in number mode use 1 and * to go forward and back. When in text mode, use 0 to enter second letter of keys. Example 50 = K 500 = L

many thanks Mike. I have done as directed - Speaker #621 and up comes the words User Name ? But nothing I press after that does anything - the Name and Extension stay the same. Do I need to enter some other code ?

Dear Mike
Further to the one a few moments ago, I had failed to see the insert point on the bottom line. All is now well, I am sorted, and very grateful for your help.
