Technical Support Alert
Discontinuation of Version 7 and Below
Product Support and Development
Date: October 19, 2006
Effective January 1, 2007, Telrad Connegy will discontinue support of all Digital and Voicemail products for Release 7 and below. We will no longer provide system version upgrades, corrections, debugging or technical support for these products. All engineering changes and product development will be terminated for Release 7 and below system software. This includes discontinuation of support for ImaGEN voicemail, SynopSys, Station 10, Station 20 phones and their peripheral add-ons.
The ONLY exception to receiving support for pre-Advance IP systems after January 1, 2007 will be for upgrades to Advance IP.
Support will continue until April 1, 2007 for UPGRADES on systems below version 7 to Advance IP.
