Hey guys it's me again with yet another question. I am needing to do a traffic study on all the incoming and outgoing calls. Our Telecommunications provider can only give us a percentage of usage during an hour. They cannot break it down by the minutes and tell us how many of our lines are being used at any given time. We have two Pri24 cards. Our primary pri24 card has 23 channels and our secoundary pri24 has 7 channels, for a total of 30 channels. Is there a way I can do a traffic study through my TelradIVM? The TelradIVM is version 4.00H. We are trrying to figure out if we are needing all 30 channels or can we cut back.

Thanks So Much,
Kkell11400

SMDR, it will show each call if your set up for it.
