I installed a KEY BX system, all the programming seems correct, but I have just one issue. When I call 911 here in Las Vegas they are not seeing my true phone # (entire system is non-did and non-pri, just a single phone # that rings to all 12 phones). They are getting a phone # of 456-7890 or something like that according to them. Called Sprint the T1 provider and they say my system is overriding their caller ID info. Can anyone explain to me how to fix this?
