I have a customer with a synopsis mail release 1. I have the manual that came with the system. The customer went on vacation and tried to change the message to tell people this. she was unable to do this from a system phone and later tried from her cell from the road. She was able to change it, but now the voicemail doesn't respond to any of the commands in the book. Of course she can't recall what she did, and we are unable to change the message. Any ideas? thanks emmitt2727
