I set up a DISA account for the Partners in my job. There is one problem though. I can not get it to work from the PRI. For example, when they dial the # that needs to be dialed then the extension and password everything works fine, but when they dial 9 to get out ( 9 by the way is the hunt group prefix for the PRI) it does not work. It works with another hunt group I created with 2 pots line but I need to work under PRI as well. Please help!
