DSS buttons on a TDA100 go on when the phone is unplugged. Any way to deactivate that without loosing the busylamp. Customer unpluges about 5 of the 30 sets that are outside. Only uses them about 1 day a week. Still need DSS buttons for those sets, just don't need lights on when they are unplugged?

I've told that to Panasonic before, they need to change that.

I think it is a good idea, then the other people know when the phone is available or not
I also look at the dss when leaving a site to see if all extensions are ok, any red ones I push to see busy. no more "ext is not working since you were here" calls
“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”

It should be optional at the least. It sucks when you have situations like Bogaard's where customers unplug phones at times for whatever reason.
