I have an alarm from when I moved a CS. I'm trying to clear it.

When I try to view the error log, I get system error EE0000FF.

Otherwise everything else is working fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks...Josh

Have you tried to do a backup to the SD?
If you try and it does not work then you have a bad SD and on the next power loss you will have a blank system.
Already happened to me twice....Lost everything. Had an old backup but it was old so I had to rebuild it a bit.

Thanks for the reply.

The SD seems fine. I can read and write to it. Power loss and the system comes back up fine. I still get the error message though.

FWIW, I was mistaken. The message is E0000FF not EE0000FF.

Thanks...Josh

At this point I would suggest backing up, saving the DSSYS file, and then initializing and reloading the DSSYS file.

I bet tech support is going to say just the same. When in doubt, initialize! hehe

Reinstalling the console fixed it.

Thanks for the help.
