I have a customer that picked up a used DBS40 system with caller ID board, previous customer did have and used the caller ID. New customer has CID service from telco, which works on slt phones with CID, but does not pass to digital phones. I have made sure that trunks are programmed for loop start with caller ID and still nothing. Not sure what I am missing.
