Hello, I have a MICS with a PRI, When you dial any outside line you can not dial zero at all even a cell phone, You can dial any other digit 1-9*and # but no 0, There are no filters in use filter 2 has only 900 and stuff like that. Thanks.

I dont believe it. How do you dial oversea if you cant dial 0?
How do you dial 911 if you need it? I think here its law and they also charge you 911 service like it or not.

Curlycord. You may not believe it but only today I've worked at BJ's in Bronx on that issue. No 911 and 0 over T1. Store ordered 2 POTS line for it.
