We have a Nitsuko DS phone system with a vangard voice mail system for about 50 users. none of the users no when they have a VM waiting for them because the MSG LED does not light up on any phones but they can still access their VM if they remember to do it periodically throughout the day. Since i am new to the company I don't really know how long its been that way. Not sure which system is causing the issue either (Nitsuko or Vangard) ?
any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

John

Has this been an issure from the start or has this just cropped up? First move would be to see if the Vanguard is sending a lamping signal under port activity. At least one port should be programmed to do such a thing. If you don't know how to do this, have a tech check it out
