I would like to connect my PBX to a PC to print out traffic reports and such but cannot figure out how to setup hardware. There are two smaller boxes on my VoiceMail PC one is the VAU
the other has a RJ11 port and three paralell ports do I simply hook up a paralell cable and programm the DCI software? I am still very green at this so the more laman the explanation the better.
Also if someone can help me over the phone I would be more than willing to pay them for their time!
