I see I'm not the only one who has trouble with the model identification. Someone please help! I have a nitsuko system and on the cabinet it has the part number DX2 NA-32M. Whats the system called so I can find a manual to do programming changes. By the way the phone part number that connects to the system is 92573. Thanks.

I'm not too sure on this---but I think that the 92573 is a Nitsuko/NEC 16 button display speaker phone-----what is throwing me is the DX2 NA-32M---that almost looks like a power supply---for sure an NEC product, but I don't know what KSU or cabinet it works with. I'll try to find out more about this---in the mean time---do you have a NEC dealer in your area? They may be able to help.

I'm back.......

Try this---a Nitsuko/NEC 124i or a 384i.

Part number for the cabinet would be in the 92000 series.

Since NEC bought out Nitsuko---it's a bit difficult to tell whether or not it's Nitsuko or NEC----I call the 124i a Nitsuko but it probably has some NEC parts. Go figure.

Thanks JW. This post did not update on my computer so I reposted with a touch more info. Your right about the phone. It is a 16 button with a display. Thanks for the info. The second post has a little more detail if you have anymore info. Thanks alot you've been a help.

I agree with JW. This sounds like a 124i. The manual is used for both the 124i and its bigger brother the 384i.

Tip and ring, the work of the devil!
