Hi all... I had excellent luck getting the password I needed earlier here so I'll put everyone to another test... I currently have 32 centrex lines feeding into my onyx 3. The system speed dials are programmed into the system as 1+area code+number. They are set to use loop group 90 (a group of centrex lines). Somewhere in the system, it is set to stick a 9 in front of the number, but I can't find where. The same thing happens if I press the loop key and dial 1+area code+number. I am switching to POTS lines so I need to remove the 9 setting. Thanks.
