I would like to change our greeting on a Stratagy connected to a Toshiba dk424. The mailbox is 500. How do I connect to mailbox 500 from my phone or the programming phone 299.

From your intercom, dial the voicemail extension number. Or if you have a 'call voicemail' button, press it. If the voicemail answers and asks for a security code, press #. Now dial * 500. Enter the security code when prompted for mailbox 500 and you're in.
