I have an ELD phone SD2 type phone that I have set to forward to ELD phone (EX1) but if you dial the extension instead of forward you get a busy tone. If I change it and forward it another EX1 it is ok but this extension is giving me a hard time. The only thing I noticed about this EX1 phone is that the DR1 key (set to PBX mode) is flashing red. Any idea how to fix it so I can forward to this phone. I try resetting the phone and no luck either.
