On the Panasonic communication assistant software vs 5 basic, is there a way to force the copy and pasted numbers to call to go to a specific outside line? I have my connected deskphone to default to line 2 but the software adds a 9 to the number and grabs the first available line which is line 1? Thanks

Figured it out. 3. Group--> 1. Trunk Group --> 2. Local Access Priority. Change the order of the CO lines
