dear all,

new to nitsuko system..managed to figured out how those analog interface box work on a onyx to connect to 4 port pc-nvm 202. it was an used system and currently have mailboxes for extension 300 to 307, but my current extensions are 313 to 318. cannot add or delete mailboxes via SA or DM...how to do mailbox maintainence? and i thought i have programmed everything right but when intercom calls extension 300 isn't it supposed to hit vm since is not up and running?

i did:
program 14 - circuit type 51 for port 09 to 12
program 18 - assigned vx
program 3 - vx = Y and vx master extension = 309
-program 19 - UCD hunt group 5, master = 309, overflow = 309, members = 310,311,312

please help....

many thanks...

It's been awhile so don't take this to the bank , but if memory serves, when the system is initially setup you can decide which mailboxes can access the SM functions. More than likely that permission was given to ext 300, so try and termiante a phone to that extension and try it. One other thing to check is I seem to remeber that the dual OPX modules take two ports off the sytem and you need to start the first port off on an even port.
