I am the admin for an Onyx VS system and we hae an extension that someone left a passowr done, so now we cannot accesss the voice mail at all on that extension. Does anyone know how to clear a password like this or reset it?

Go into the Voice Mail ADMIN and then you can delete the mail box and re-add it. Then it will be back to defualt settings.
