Can you access the hard disk from the DB 9 port and replace the voice prompt with an MP3 or 4 file?

Hi Wayne, it doesn't look like any Mitel experts are available to chime in and I'm certainly not one. However, I would say its HIGHLY unlikely that you can transfer an audio file over a serial connection to the voicemail hard drive.

I was afraid of that, I seem to remember years ago, I was able to overwrite the greeting via copying an existing one, over with a new mp3 -but maybe it was another VM - key voice possibly
