Hello. I have a customer with a Mivoice 250 with 6.3 SP1 software. They are reporting that the Dynamic Extension Express feature will automatically turn on their phones. When I went to the site I noticed that the DEE toggle button that was programmed on most of the phones was on even though the user had said that they had turned it off repeatedly. I could not get the problem to reoccur. Has any one else experienced this problem?
Is the a Phone Manager server connected to it? Xarios/Dimensions
Thanks for the response. Several people at this site use Phone manager on their desktop and there is a CT gateway server that I believe is used as its interface to the Mivoice 250. I did not install this system so I did not set up the CT gateway server.
Sorry for the late reply but teh Phone Manger is overriding the DEE settings in the 250 most likely.
