just upgraded from 2.5 to 3.5. everything seems to be working other than the users can listen to any saved messages they had before the upgrade. vm tells them they have saved messages and it plays the time and date stamp but then nothing, no options work and you dont hear the message. i can leave a message today, listen and save it and hang up then log back in and can listen to that saved message but once it gets to the date of the upgrade no message?

I did an upgrade from 3.0 to 3.5 and experienced the same. Initialized the system after the upgrade and reprogrammed...worked as it should.

when you initialized the system dont you lose the saved messages?

Seriously, 3.5 is much better. We actually started pushing it again!
