Just installed an SBX just over a month ago. At least once a week the digits 1 and/or 3 will quit working on all phones and only a power cycle will restore everything. Any SBX'ers come across this?

Replaced the KSU two weeks ago. Replacement system is doing the same thing! Happened twice in two weeks! Now trying to determine what outside agency or even if it's a phone that's causing this.

When you replaced the KSU did you program it from scratch???

What do you mean by not working? No tones or wrong numbers?

Did not program from scratch even when I upgraded the original cab from 3.0 to 3.5. Told customer that's what I'll do next.
The problem started with the 1 and 3 digit on any phone not working. Now its down to just the digit 1. All other digits including * and # were OK. This was inside calling or outside calling.
