this has happened on a umber of occasions , but when in a work group and i use a dialing option or i cascade to another workgroup i get this "tansfering your call "prompt which i need to get rid , have tried searching for wav file on server but cannot find it , and shoretel website says its a enhanced feature request to get rid of it , does any one know where i can find the file to get rid of it

I believe that it is a ShroeTel Professional Services request. In other words one must contact ShoreTel to get it changed/deleted, IIRC.
