Customer reports squalling and loud static on both incoming/outgoing and intercom calls.
Any thoughts before I go out there ?

Thanks

Ken

If the phones are 9508's on speakerphone, try turning off echo cancellation. If it wasn't affecting intercom calls I would suggest a reboot which re-tunes the POTS lines...

Thanks for reporting back! Come to think of it we ran into something similar on this old thread: https://atcomsystems.ca/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/641583/crackly-vcm-channels#Post641583

The Combo card had some kind of black build up on the exposed contacts which resulted in noise and crackling for any call that involved a VCM channel. As far as I know it didn't affect digital to digital calls...
