I´m new on alcatel, at the pbx, wich one is the admin password and user? at a digital phone, how can i see the ip of the pbx? may i manage the pbx via lan, and i need a kind of sotware? what i need to configurate the pbx???

you can't manage the system via phone..
you can telnet the system (need IP of course) user=XXXXXX pass=XXXXXX
or local V24 connection if system has RMA box with connections.
