Customer has Allworx 6x,

How do I setup / assign External page ONLY code? .... 402 currently works for All page - phones and external....tried 40x....etc to see if those were external only and they are not...therefore assume need to enable / put in it's own page zone..... how do I go about that. Noticed 403 isn't used/doing anything so assume I can use that number....
