are you pushing a VM key and getting dumped? calling the extension and not forwarding? selecting the mailbox or extension form a CRA?
What are you doing that is failing that will help us get you on the right track to finding it

I figured it out. Just needed to enter a feature code. They have the ring back feature so I had to clear that. ty
