Hi I have an ECS 3.00 with an MBU in slot 5, The IP Phone is connected, everything works except audio coming from the remote site. They can hear, we cant hear them. I have verified and re-verified my IP information, The Connection is VPN, we have tested and no ports are blocked. I have 22 unused IP Phone liceneses.

Anything elese I can check. Thank you..

Another note: Remote phones have full audio both ways, so its only Audio back to phones on the main cabinet..

Do you have the correct ports NAT'd/NPAT'd to the MBU?

Generally, I'll translate the entire range of ports, not just the ports associated with slot 5.

The remote phones aren't using the MBU when talking to each other. To talk to TDM equipment, the MBU is used. Check MBU programming , especially inbound port translations.

Also, try changing the RTP port on one of the phones to 50004. Generally, if you have more than one phone at a remote location, you have to change this setting on all but one of the remote phones.
