They want to connect 4 ECS systems together...4 separate locations, or 4 cabinets?

You will need MPLS service between the sites, and either IP Campus Licenses and software or IP Net Cards.

IP Campus will give you 100% transparency between locations, centralized VM, and very tight integration. IP campus requires MBS's in each system, ans licensing.

IP Net is basic networking between systems, and is similar to tie lines. This requires IP Net Cards in each system.
