SV9100 with UC Suite 7.5 on a virtual Windows 11 box.

The IT guys created a new virtual machine with the same IP address as our old one. I installed the UC program on the new VM and made the settings the same. However, the CTI Driver Status says it is not running. Making any attempt at changing an address gives the error "CTI driver is busy".

Suggestions where to correct this?

Thank you.

First, did you install with the machine credentials? If not, uninstall and reinstall with those.

Uninstalled and then ran the installer with Run as Administrator.
The CTI driver status says 'Connection Error'.
I am able to ping from the new UC pc to the 9100. They are on the same network.
(BTW, I mentioned it is on a Win 11 box. Correction: it is on Win 10 virtual.)

Double checked with IT to make sure the old UC was actually shutdown, not just changed to a new IP.
After shutting it down, now the new UC machine connects!

Now I'm getting a "No client seats available for licensing" error. Will run that down next.

It appears a Refresh from System in the UC Services is all that was needed.
Hoping this is all. Seems to be all working

Thank you.
