Hi everybody,
I am appreciate your helps.

1. I have 4 extensions: 4100(analog phone),4101(Digital phone),4102(Digital phone),4103(analog phone)
2. short key for call to 4100 is 10, and 4102 is 11, 4103 is 14

I want incoming call will route to 4101 first, and if 4101 is busy, system will route to 4102, then 4103, and 4100. (of course it is still work for internal call)
So I create 20 is pilot department number for 4 that extensions, and number 10,11,14 is virtual extension. I put 4 extension into department group 2 with priority the first is 4101 and continuous for another. with 10 and 14 virtual extension, I use forward all call to 4100 and 4103, using Land on key mode and Actual Extension Name display to auto answer when lift handset. Then change mode incoming call to DIL for route to pilot number.

But I have a problem with my system:
1. When I call to system from outside it work ok.
2. Internal calls it not work.
3. When I use CLID to display caller ID, that phone ring only 2 times and stop. (Happened when I tick on 14-02-10)

So I post this words to need for all your help. Please help me, I'm in urgent.

Use fixed call forwarding rather than dept groups. These can also be virtual. Simply cfb/na 4101 to 4102 etc. Point lines to 4101.

You have to DIL to that station. Then simply forward that station to the next etc. Depends on what trunks you are using.

I suppose you have problem on internal call because you are not used program code 16-04 to permit call between department groups

for Caller ID problem you need to change in program code 81-01-09 try with these values 56, 59, 68, 72, 77, 82 and code 81-01-05

you can try also with command 81-01-12 caller id time detection

Thinh,

Fixed call forward you need to fill in 01-04

Thinh and Jenny Ch,

You need to contact NEC tech support in your area for the caller ID problem, different country's different setups.

That is a great advice, thanks for your help. I changed para in code 81-01-09, it's okay from 64.
