We have a school with a 3COM that has been in about three years. Dealer who put it in can't ever get problems fixed. Is anyone available to give me advice on how to get it fixed?

An IP system? One of our customers has one of these and they swear by it. I've never seen the programming end of it, but they say tech support is quite helpful (and the customer knows very little about phones).

if the software is not 4.1 or 4,1 or above, upgrade is in order. Voice quality problems need to look at network.

Mark,
I know that Target Distributing is now pushing these. You may try giving them a call and see if they can point you in the right direction.

They don't give tech support but should be able to get you some numbers.

NBX? What model? Programming is relatively straight-forward via a web interface. Docs are available in PDF format on the unit itself.

What sort of problems?
