I was in Flash 40 Button 13 and I got this message "0010-default hit on admin build event" . I lost the outgoing direction on my 4 CO Lines . I am fairly adept at Northern Telecom SL-1 systems and it is called line access there. It took forever for me to figure out why we could get incoming calls but couldn't select a line button for and outside call . When the line button was hit we got a slow busy.

Problem is that no one was touching any keysmon the Laptop we use for programming . . .
Anybody got any idea what happened here ?

I am afraid to touch the programming for fear that something else will go whacko !

Somebody hit a keyboard button that does not have a corresponding 24 button telephone programming key. That is why it is best to program from an admin phone if you can and never leave the laptop in programming mode.
