I am having a problem at a site with a Vodavi DVX Mach I with a Talkpath. The trouble is a hit and miss with DTMF over the voice mail system. Any clue????
Make sure that all menus, key 7, is set to mailbox. That is used to log in the user when 440 is dialed. Check you flash 65, flash 66, flash 67 for proper settings. Is this a digital VM or analog.
