I have a voice mail that once it plays the greeting I would like it to hang up. It over flows to 991 and currently gives other options.
What do I do to just play the greeting and then disconnect.

Thanks in advance to anyone who is happy to help.

I suppose you could set the done chain in 990 to 999.

But I would create a mailbox and set the done chain to 999. Then record one second of silence in greeting 1. Then set the done chain in 990 to the mailbox you created.

If a caller makes a mistake dialing they will get returned to mailbox 991 because it is designed as the instructional greeting. Best practice is to turn OFF DND in mailbox 990 and in the extension field have the string @G(991). Any new callers to the VM system will be immediately sent to mailbox 991. Record your greeting(s) and set up your auto scheduler as needed in mailbox 991. In the Groups/Chains for 991, you can set the Chain Done to 999 and, after the greeting has played and the timeout has expired, the caller will be sent to the hangup mailbox. The Toshiba lady will say "Thank you for calling, goodbye...".
