Bill, I just got Sept 2011 in the NEC forum....took forever to get into the board....and longer to post....
I went to several different forums including NEC and all came up as they should. This may have something to do with the maintenace being done, so far they haven't had to take the board totally down. I have notice at times it takes a long time for a post to take and I'm sure that is also part of what's being worked on.
Seeing funny dates...I would imagine they were more than likely refreshing the search data..it slows down the forum...but it needs to be done every couple a months
