Can someone advise me in Intuity how to transfer a call directly into another user mailbox rather than xfering to an ext. and letting it follow its coverage path to Audix? I'd appreciate some feedback. Thanks

several ways to do it.

If you answered the call via coverage of another station or via brdg-appr then transfer, direct to voice mail FAC, transfer.

If you didn't then you can transfer, extension, goto cover, transfer.

Or build an auto attendant in IA that that is set for call answer and transfer the call to that, then enter an extension.

Or depending your your CM release and if you have VIV, you can create a vector which collects X digits and sets X to A. Example: 'collect 4 digits after annoucment 1111 for A'. Then 'messaging skill 99 for extension A'.
