Hello everyone,

I'm currently on the lookout for an updated software for my Samsung OfficeServ 7200 telephone system.
I'm currently running version 5.01, but I'm encountering issues with Java – the software fails to launch after entering the password, displaying an error message "check the DM connection and system."

Is there an updated version compatible with the latest Java, or has anyone else experienced this issue and found a different solution? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You sure the ip address is right? What about the built in dm software?

I think you may also need to have both the 64 bit & 32 bit Java's installed

Hi, if I start it from an older Windows and with an obsolete version of Java the program works, if I start it from win10 with the latest version the program doesn't work.

Hi, I tried to install both versions, the 32 and 64 bit, but it always gives me the same error.

You may have to roll back your Java version. Java continues to update their software. Samsung hasn't kept pace with DM software since they discontinued support for the OS series.

If you can you didn't have Java, the app shouldn't launch. The fact you can enter the IP address of the PBX means the java shoud be working.

Have you tried running as administrator?

Can you ping the ip address from that same computer?

I can't go back the version otherwise other programs wouldn't work for me.

nothing, not even as an administrator it works for me, is there no other way to make it work? maybe another software...
