Hello All,

We have a CIX 100 with 3 cards Slot 1 BDKU Slot 2 RSTU 8 port Slo3 RCOU/RCOS 8 port. If I replace the RCOU/RCOS with RCIU/RCIS cards will caller ID work also are there any setting that will need to be changed in the emanager? The phone company has enabled caller ID. I really appreciate any help provided.

You need both the RCIU and the RCOU cards in the same system, and the CO lines connected to both cards at the same time. Since nothing in the Toshiba system is plug and play, the RCIU will need to be programmed.

There is a BCOCIU card that is like both cards in one slot, but this requires a newer processor, ACTU3A.

If you don't have room in the main cabinet for both the RCOU and RCIU cards, then you would need an expansion cabinet.
