Hello all
I am new to the site and new to the DK40. I recently purchased a business with a Dk40 system. I upgraded it with a tciu2a card for the caller id but I can not find any info on how to program the system for the new card

Any help will be appreciated

Mike

you're going to need the programming manual... which is available on this site, in the subforum under this one...

Even with a manual, the DK systems are not easy to program.

congrats on conquering step 1.
things to keep in mind:
caller id only shows up while the phone is ringing, on phones that aren't currently in use (which is why I end up having 2 phones on my desk)
the system will only log missed calls in the callerid history, answered calls only show up in the smdr output.
that being said... these things seem to last forever.

Check program 16 (0), and programs 40 & 41.
