How do you erase all the data from a. KX-NS700 system. Not using it and planning on selling it but want to erase all VMs, and any data that is in the system.

Move the switch on the front of the PBX to "SYSTEM INITIALIZE", power up system, when STATUS light starts flashing green, move switch to "NORMAL" wait about two minutes for status light to go steady green. System is now defaulted.
